Over the years many OEM’s have invited CIGNYS to partner with them for the development of close tolerance, complex machined components.

We have partnered with several OEM’s to address poor component life on extruder components. We have redesigned them with upgraded materials and designs which resulted in prolonged performance.

One OEM discovered that solid twin screws were the ideal solution for sanitary and dairy applications. They did not have the ability to manufacture complex geometries. Due to our reputation to produce solid mixing and flight screws, they ask for our help. This partnership created an entirely new market for the OEM.

CIGNYS has invested millions of dollars in the latest technology which allows us to affordably manufacture to exacting specifications. Many jobs commence in close tolerance state-of-the-art machine tools which minimize upstream processing.
