A non-profit organization that works with physically challenged people asked CIGNYS for assistance in the tooling design for a dust pan. We built tooling which was suitable for a unique environment of handicapped people with a mission to make and sell this proprietary product.
Prototype Services
A large automotive OEM needed to tool a machining center for a new job. The time frame had been expedited due to a plant closure. CIGNYS designed and built these close tolerance tools with the job criterion (price, quality and delivery) and earned special recognition from the plant engineering group.
A large automotive stamping company’s tool room was too busy to develop the deep draw prototype line up in time to meet their customer’s delivery requirements. CIGNYS developed soft tooling on an expedited basis in order to assist in the program. The OEM was able to use our acquired knowledge to design and build the production tooling.
